Information for Graduates
Only students who are eligible or received permission to participate in this December commencement ceremony are permitted to order their regalia. The sharing of credentials to gain access to the cap & gown order site is strictly forbidden. All orders are thoroughly reviewed, unauthorized ordering will be cancelled.
Registration
Registration is September 18 – November 2, 9:59 p.m. MST.
You have two additional opportunities to rent regalia:
- Cap & Gown Pick-up November 18 and 19 in the Terrace Room (Lawrence Street, 2nd floor).
- December 13, 1-hour prior to your ceremony at the Herff Jones table
Graduates should arrive 90 minutes before their ceremony. There is limited parking and all students will be required to go through a magnetometer or be wanded upon entrance into the facility.

Visit the Herff Jones team during this time to order your Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó class ring and receive special deals. In-person ordering and sizing will be available at the event.

Register for the ceremony and order your cap and gown

Cap & Gown pick up
Tuesday, Nov. 18 (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and Wednesday, Nov. 19 (10 a.m. - 7 p.m.) at the (Terrace room, 2nd Floor).

Day of check list
- Arrival time
- Morning ceremony, 7:30 a.m.
- Name Reader Card
- Bring it with you if you picked up your regalia at cap and gown pick up or check in with your college/school table if you had your regalia shipped to your home.
- To ensure your name is pronounced correctly during the ceremony, refer to this phonetic spelling guide when filling out your Name Reader Card.
- Wear your cap and gown to the ceremony
- Check in with your school or college
- Line up with your fellow classmates
- Enjoy the celebration!
- Return your regalia after the ceremony to the Herff Jones table
- Check your email for GradImages updates (Pictures!)
- Diplomas will be mailed 6-8 weeks after the ceremony
