Any new hire or rehire with a .50 FTE or greater appointment, who has had more than a 6-month gap in service OR is switching campuses from CU Boulder or UCCS should plan to complete NEO. If the employee is switching between Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó and Anschutz, please reach out to the new L&D department to determine if NEO would be recommended.
If the employee has not had a 6-month gap in service and has previously completed NEO*, then retaking NEO is optional.
If an employee has less than a .50FTE appointment, NEO is not required but is highly encouraged for the employee to learn about their CU community.
