Move-in Central is the hub for all things move-in! Whether you're a returning student, first year student, or transfer student, and regardless of if you're moving into Lynx Crossing or City Heights this is where you can find everything you need to know to move in for this upcoming Academic Year!

First Year and Transfer Student Move-In Day:

Wondering what to pack? Get ready to meet your moment by checking the packing list!
Tip: We recommend students reach out to their roommate(s) to coordinate whose bringing what potentially shared items, such as mini-fridges or shower curtains!
Students who have already received their placements can view their roommate's information by logging into their , where room placement, and roommate information can be found on the home page of the portal!

Housing & Dining will be accepting package delivery for Fall residents no earlier than August 6th, 2025. Mail and/or packages sent to 2025-2026 Academic Year residents prior to August 6th, 2025 will be returned to sender or refused. Residents should address their mail as follows to prevent mail getting lost:

Before moving in, take a minute to explore your new home! Explore what each building has to offer, get to know what your new room might look like, what furniture is included, and what the community in your building has to offer!
As we approach move-in, students should begin receiving an email to their university email address at least once a week from Housing with information about move-in. As such, please keep a close eye on your university email address. All communications from Housing will be sent exclusively to the student's university email address. If you are not receiving emails from Housing to your university email address, please email housing@ucdenver.edu for help.

Housing Accommodations
If you need housing accommodations for any kind of disability or medical conditions, please set up accommodations through your institution's Disability Resource Center.
Please request Emotional Support Animals through your institution's Disability Resource Center. Students must have their Emotional Support Animals approved prior to bringing their animal to the on campus residence halls.
Tip: Plan ahead! The approval process can take up to 30 days to be evaluated!
