The  mission is to train Scientist-Practitioners who receive a generalist-training in clinical psychology, and who acquire additional knowledge and skill in health psychology and behavioral medicine.

The Clinical Health Psychology PhD program at the University is an APA accredited program that is compliant with national standards to prepare students to practice clinical psychology.  However, the practice of psychology is regulated at the state level. State licensing authorities determine specific educational and training requirements for licensure in their state. Of note, most States require post-doctoral training as well as examinations beyond pre-doctoral educational and training requirements. As such, a PhD degree in Clinical Psychology is not sufficient, in and of itself, to meet licensure requirements in most states.  However, our program does meet the pre-doctoral training requirements for most states as indicated below. The Master of Architecture at Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó prepares students for entry into the architecture profession and licensure. Our mission is to lead in the discovery, communication and application of knowledge in the discipline of architecture by integrating theory and practice. In this collaborative educational model, environmental, economic, social, cultural, aesthetic and ethical concerns are fundamental.

The Master of Architecture meets the degree requirements for licensure in every state where a graduate degree is required or listed as one of many requirements to sit for a licensure exam.

The Master of Landscape Architecture at Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó prepares students to address current and future problems and challenges in local, regional, and global contexts. An issues-based approach ensures that students will be exposed to and participate in the development of new responses to emergent and ongoing crises and opportunities, emphasizing environmental and social justice as a key element for the design of livable, sustainable, and resilient places and landscapes.
