IT Satisfaction Survey

We want your feedback so that we can strategize and deliver the best possible solutions and services for the university.

Information Strategy and Services (ISS) and the Denver Office of Information Technology (OIT) have partnered with Info-Tech Research Group to conduct a campuswide IT satisfaction survey. This is the first campuswide IT satisfaction survey in the history of either department, which will create a data baseline for future planning, prioritizing IT services and launching IT initiatives.

Why are we sending out a satisfaction survey?

We care about the satisfaction of our users and constituents. This survey will help us identify what campus needs are being met by our current services, processes, and applications as well as areas we need to improve or evolve.

The survey results, which are anonymous, will be used to help inform future-state planning and prioritizing IT initiatives.

Why partner with Info-Tech?

Info-Tech Research Group is an independent IT research and advisory firm that partners with businesses and institutions across the nation. Their survey is standardized which allows us to objectively measure our success and see how we rank amongst other universities.

ISS and Denver OIT have chosen to partner with Info-Tech for this survey because their approach is backed by data to provide comprehensive results, protect the privacy of the users, and generate suggested areas to focus on.

All survey results are submitted to and collected by Info-Tech. You will have the option to provide your university email at the start of the survey to receive reminders if you are unable to complete it in one sitting, but this information is not included in survey results and will not be shared with ISS/OIT.

How long is this survey?

The IT satisfaction survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and you are able to take it in multiple sessions. If you choose to provide your email at the start, you will receive reminders to complete the survey if you leave your session without submitting.

Your email will not be shared in the results. The feedback will be completely anonymous.

Who should take the survey?

The IT satisfaction survey is for all students, faculty, and staff across the Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó and CU Anschutz campuses. The questions are standardized and created by Info-Tech, so they may seem targeted toward one group, but they can apply to various. We value all feedback from all university roles and positions.

Approach the questions as general, regardless of specific roles identified, and apply them to your area the best that you can.

How will I receive the survey?

The IT satisfaction survey will be sent to university users from ISS Communications and University Communications.
The survey will be active starting at 8:00 a.m. on August 21 through September 19, 2025.
