We advance the work of top tier teaching, design, and technology at Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó:
To advise, equip, and collaborate with faculty and staff in teaching, technology, design, and program strategy, meeting the needs of all learners together through innovation, care, and intentionality.
We strive for all faculty and students to develop the skills they need to grow and realize their goals through higher education.
Integrity—We lead with empathy, reliability, and a shared purpose: to serve and strengthen our campus community, city, and beyond.
Collaboration—We create together. We make our work and culture better through building trust, transparency, investing in the well-being of our faculty and staff colleagues, and valuing each others’ strengths!
Expertise—We bring unique, diverse, and needed skills and experiences to bear. Our expertise complements and extends that of our campus colleagues.
Strategy—We advance campus and division goals through well-considered systems-thinking, taking into account broad frames of context to influence sustainable, intentional, and positive change.
Flexibility—We are responsive to changing learning, market, and community needs; organizational culture; and technologies. We anticipate change to equip ourselves and others for the future.
Innovation—We pioneer new ideas and investigate the efficacy of older ones. We take nothing for granted: we research, test, share, and when we fail, we learn and adapt with purpose.
