Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó's Teaching Innovation and Program Strategy (TIPS) Division is a team of highly experienced and diverse higher education experts housed in one team. Our mission is to advance the work of top-tier teaching, design, and technology at Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó: to advise, equip, and collaborate with faculty and staff in teaching, technology, design, and program planning, meeting the needs of all learners together through innovation, care, and intentionality.
As key collaborators with faculty and other campus constituents, our team is ready to partner with you to realize the goals you have for your students, course, program, or for your own professional learning. We offer a wide range of learning opportunities throughout the academic year, with a focus on the most pressing challenges facing faculty and opportunities to elevate teaching and programs of all types at Ö÷²¥ÓÕ»ó. The TIPS Division team collaboratively developed our mission, vision, and values statements through an inclusive process. These statements represent the hopes we have for our work, the difference we make on our campus, and the ways in which we engage in our work.
